Wood Scrollsaw Puzzles 2022

   The puzzles below are designed for kids ages 3 - 10. What a great way for them to learn their ABC's and Numbers. They will have hours of fun dumping the wood pieces out and then putting them back in order. Each puzzle has been carefully cut out of quality plywood, sanded and hand painted. They will make great Christmas (or birthday) presents.

The price has gone up because the price for wood has doubled.        I used to be able to get a 20" X 20" sheet of  plywood for $3.00. They are now $7.00 a sheet.

The educational puzzles, that count from 1 - 10, are $20.00 each
The alphabet A- Z puzzles are $25.00.
All of the other puzzles are $15.00 each.

 When you enter "Frank's Doghouse" in Trego, Wisconsin you will see all 4 walls covered with wood USA flags that I have made over the last couple of years. Each flag is a work of love and is dedicated to the USA and the freedom we have in this country. It is more important than ever that we stand up and support our country. One way you and I can do that is by displaying the USA flag in our home, yard, shop, school, where ever. As we typed in typing class years ago: "Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country"

Lonely Photographer!!!

    Many people think that the everyday life of a photographer is quite glamorous. The truth is that it is probably one of the loneliest hobbies. (Sounds like the job of a Maytag Repairman - old commercial). Very seldom do I take anyone with me when I am out taking photos. It is just easier that way. There have been times I have driven over 100 miles just to take a few pictures. Then there have been times I will drive quite a ways and come home empty handed. But then there are time I go a short distance and come home with 400 - 500 photos that I need to sort through. One of the most time consuming parts of photography is after the photos are taken and loaded on the computer. I don't spend a lot of time editing my photos. I try to edit at a minimum. It is always better to get them right the first time in the camera - if possible. It still may take me a couple of hours to edit my photos, depending on how many and how much they need to be edited. But usually it is worth it!!!!  What an amazing God we have that created the lonely flower in all of it's beauty! The Lonely Flower waiting for the Lonely Photographer!  

   Below are a few flowers, mainly from the Spooner Research Garden. What is great about this flower garden is every time I go there I can shoot something new and unique.
